Projects developed in this field seek to understand how schoolteachers and apprentices perceive, experience, and react to different situations at school and in the workplace.
Ongoing projects investigate the following characteristics in teachers and apprentices: 1) socio-emotional competences, including emotional intelligence and empathy, and 2) cognitive abilities, including intelligence and high potential.The research team is composed of mainly psychologists and relies on a quantitative research approach.
